The former ’Danner’-area is characterized through its close location to the core of the city, attended by remarkable historic buildings and urban plazas. These characteristics of the city are carried into the structure of the new development and lead to the design of attractive inner-city places.

The new areas that now are available for the construction of double-, single- and town houses are arranged in groups, offering green and reposeful interior zones. Thus, the new development is integrated into the existing structure in a discreet and pleasant way. A concept of so-called ’shared spaces’ is proposed for the whole new development. it is leading to a considerate contact between the participants of the traffic.

The public space is developed as a multifunctional area and is supporting the identification of its users with the residential neighborhood.
